Strauss & Wagner ships all its orders from New York.

We provide free standard shipping on all U.S. orders. At this time we are unable to ship Bluetooth items internationally. International shipping on all other products is limited to select countries.

Purchases made Monday through Friday before 4:30pm Eastern Time will ship same day. Purchases that are made Friday after 4:30pm Eastern Time or on the Weekend (Saturday and Sunday) will be shipped the following Monday.

Returns

Strauss & Wagner upholds a 30-day Return Policy. If you are not fully satisfied with our product, you can return it to us within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase for a refund. 

Returned merchandise must include all original packaging and accessories to be considered valid. Returns missing original packaging or accessories will not be refunded.

Please send an email to support@straussandwagner.com for an RMA number for your return. An RMA is required for all returns. Be sure to add the email to your contacts so our replies do not land in your spam folder.
